We work across both pre‑construction and post‑construction sites, treating foundations, soil, walls, flooring junctions, wooden fixtures, and even concealed entry points to block termite access before they cause damage.
How it Works
IPMS uses next‑generation, odorless, non‑repellent insecticides that termites can’t detect. As they unknowingly feed and transfer it through trophallaxis (mouth‑to‑mouth feeding), the cascading effect wipes out the entire colony. Treatments include soil barriers during construction, precision drilling for existing structures, and targeted injections into walls, woodwork, and visible termite tubes — ensuring deep, long‑lasting protection.
General Disinfectations
Our own combination of treatments eliminates domestic pests such as silver fish, lizards,cockroach’s moths, rodents, spiders and cobwebs and prevents their fu ther growth with their residual effect.
